Other than a write up on TRS I am not seeing very many posts on mounting an orbital valve to a 91-94 for full hydraulic steering. I need some ideas on where/how others have mounted their orbital valves. Again, needs to be on a TTB gen rbv frame. thanks!

Brief update. I scored an are topper off of marketplace for $100 and finally got around to swapping rear leaf packs. Truck is still my daily driver and still going strong.

I have a complete 5.0 donor vehicle. I was saving it for my 93 crawler. I do not mind the 5r, third vehicle with it and no complaints.

My 93 and the bracket I got from a salvage yard were both the slimmer cut-out version. Made clearancing the bracket for the psc adapter much quicker and easier. I will be running a PSC saginaw style pump and reservoir for my hydraulic steering setup.

Adding a sport tank was on my mental maybe list to achieve a doubler, only issue with that is I lose fuel capacity. I have a manual 4406 and shifter assembly stored in my parts shed but the slip yoke leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

5.0 4r70w np205 This will most likely be the direction I go unless persuaded otherwise. Only real downfall is the poor 1.96:1 low range. Then I travel the slipery doubler slope. But since this will not be a dedicated crawler I may be able to live with it.
