150 at the end of a wot run isn't bad at all. Lower is obviously better. When my pump failed, it became very noisy. It was also for me to open a cap and visually see the flow. On our positive displacement blowers, they recycle the heated air at low rpms which just keeps heating the already...- Dono

Just what exactly are your IAT's at the end of a wot pull? Can you remember at all what they were before the intercooler was added? That intercooler brick should be reaonably efficient. It's not a crappy knock off. I wonder whats wrong. Pump? - possibly design issue? -doubtful. You and the...- Dono

Sorry to see it go. That was a nice one. I hope it went to a nice home. I know things change, for sure. I am really enjoying my 04 Mustang GT vert with the kenne bell 2.6. Relative to the explorer, its really easy to work on and is very responsive to changes. My daily driver is now a 2020...- Dono

I'm not sure the sensor is heat soaking Tim (well, maybe its part of what you are seeing). At idle, your blower is still creating boost (heat), and that bypass valve is open. With the valve open, the boosted (heated) air is recirculating. Honestly, at low load you have nothing to worry about...- Dono

Situation seems normal to me. :-( It's so tight in the engine bay, its crazy. Hate to actually admit this, but I'm so happy Tim was able to make something out of the pile of great parts I had. I'm still happy to have washed my hands of the continual missery I endured. Self inflicted, but...- Dono

Going to be a roller coaster of emotions getting Evil happy with this. Tuning via map sensor will be interesting. I'm also really interested in how the Holley deals with idle with a hot cam. Id think if its off a 302 windsor with the 4r70w it would. What do I know though? I'm not sure how it interfaces with stuff like your gauges, air conditioning, that sort of stuff. You might end up with having to make a holley digital dash work....no idea.- Dono

I'd love to see a Holley system in use. I think its super cool that you can use a wideband in each bank and let the holly keep wot afr's at whats commanded. I'd be interested as to how easy or hard it is to control the 4r70w trans. It would be a fun project.- Dono

Sorry about the water pump. I don't know anyone that maintains their vehicles as well as you do. Life's pretty normal day to day, other than wearing a mask when inside a store. Mask usage at work isn't mandatory but we wear them when walking around just out of respect to others. I'm...- Dono
