New to me 96 Explorer Eddie Bauer
I am in a Club here in Colorado and they are all about the Jeeps. I want to be different so I drive an Explorer. :-) Started out with a 78 Blazer then a 92 Bronco and now I down sized to an Explorer.- WormsExplorer

This may be, but as for the suspension and the body it would be best answered in the 2nd Gen forum sir. This one has the twin I-beam and a totally different body style then yours. They would be a lot better helping you with questions for you Suspension.- WormsExplorer

If you have a 99 It is a 2nd Gen truck. 1st Gen is from 91 to 94. Also 1st gen trucks do not have Torsion bars.- WormsExplorer

1999 Replace seats with 02 Explorer Seats
I have taken 92 Seat and put them in my Daughters 96 explorer and they work great. Now just have to hook up the Electrical so I can move the seats front and back :)- WormsExplorer

My daughters 96 X and my 92 X. She painted her grill this evening. She has my Rims and Tires and I have hers. I like her rims better. I cut a hole for the Center caps to fit over the Lock out hubs. Here is what they look like. I like them- WormsExplorer
