Setting up gears is not for the faint of heart. To do it right takes a fair amount of skill but, that's cheap for a set of gears. You will still need to regear the front or only drive in 2wd- Albino 94LTD

The rear axle would be and it would be an upgrade from drum brakes to disc brakes but would also require changing the brake master cylinder. The proportioning is a little different for the disc. That picture looks correct but as Greg says (gmpaint). It could be a generic picture. BW1354 Speedo Gear - Black 19 Teeth [U315997P-19] - $15.99 : , Cobra Transmission. The transfer case is a Borg Warner 1354 (BW1354) so it need to fit that not the transmission (AL4D)- Albino 94LTD

Honestly, if you can afford it, regear to 4.56:1. Keep the 33" tires and lift. It will be a very enjoyable driver. Also make sure it has an auxilary trans fluid cooler. Consider adding a second one to keep the fluid cool and help the transmisaion live longer.- Albino 94LTD

That is a Rough Country 4" suspension lift. The hubs are the OEM automatic hubs (think about replacing with manual) Ideally, the rear swaybar end links need to be longer. Otherwise, check the gearing, replace the speedometer gear to correct the speedometer reading and drive the heck out of it.- Albino 94LTD

Do you remember what engine RPM's you were running at that speed? It could have been re geared but not the speedometer cable gear. If you're running 33's with 3.27 gearing, driving would feel extremely under powered. The speedometer gear is very easy to change. Check this thread; How to: -...- Albino 94LTD

Best tires for snow
What tires do you have on it now? If yore going to drive a slower speeds (25mph), drop the air pressure to 10psi. that will increase the tire contact patch and traction significantly. We run 9psi in 2ft-3ft of snow in the mountains around here- Albino 94LTD

No 5.0L in 94. And 94 is OBD1. It will come with a book to tell what the codes mean but not what parts are at fault or how to fix (or where those parts are) so post up the codes (if there are any) and we will help identify and suggest repairs.- Albino 94LTD

The washer key and spindle key-way should stop that from happening. Good question Jon. I have seen here on the forum where someone filed groves in the threads of the bearing nut to accept the auto-hub 'key' that also slides into the spindle key-way. I have and autohub key but haven't needed to try it yet.- Albino 94LTD

The inner nut has a pin on it, next is a keyed washer with indexing holes for the pin. That 'should' lock the inner nut in position. then install the lock nut.- Albino 94LTD

That is WAY more than I run. I seat the bearings with the wrench, back off completely, tighten (loosley) by hand and back that off a little too. When you (at lease me) torque down the lock nut you double or triple the torque value of the bearing nut due to the play in the threads. I've only...- Albino 94LTD
