Yesterday I changed my T-Stat and coolant to correct a overcooling condition (didn't help the by way) so today while driving my check engine light poped on. Code is P0153 "Sensor 2 Bank 1 Slow Reponse" What is that? That mean the O2 is starting to go bad?

I changed the T-Stat in the X today. Got everything put in, and changed the coolant while I was at it. No luck, temp gauge still stays at Cold. :( The upper radiator hose gets warm, but not super hot. There is also plenty of heat coming out of the vents. What else can I try? :( :(
