what about the MAC Air Induction kit? they make a kit similar to K&N's gen II FIPK, and claim a 14.4 hp increase...for ~$140. and it comes w/ chrome tubes, too. is K&N really the golden one to get??? which one should i get? i'm torn! :D here's the link to MAC's site...

well the ones i've seen on '98s aren't that good-looking anyway. i was hoping they'd look more like the ones on late model svt lightnings... hopefully the ones for us when they finally come out will look much nicer

hey guys, got a pretty specific question. my '97 v8 awd has flat air filter, not the cone on some other '97 v8's. i want to get the k&n FIPK, but it seems that it's only available for the cone application. that true? since it seems the whole filter box assembly is replaced, does it matter...

i went to that powerbulb.com website, and it said for '94-'98 ex fog bulbs are H3's. are H3's the same as 893/899?

YetiX, so the fog bulb for your truck is H-1? My '97 manual says nothing about fog bulb specification... any idea if '97s use H-1? it looks like an H-1... is the PIAA H-1 you got white color? are they nice? i need to get a pair 'cuz my bulb went out
