it is the 2 chamber 40 series muffler..with 2.25 inch pipe...im sure it would sound a lot better with 2.5 pipe, but the guy couldnt fit it....

i have the OHV v6....and flowmaster exhaust..sounds good...basically a v8 rumble at idle..not too loud.....

thanks...though i didnt hang the exhaust myself, the guy who did it for me said it was one of the harder jobs he has encountered....im gonna take some more pics of the underside of the truck and get them on disk so you all can see how tight a fit it is...

also i should have taken those pics closer up..the tires actually look bigger in person......next time....

i was just wondering what the deal was with these bushings and shims you guys were talking about above?...i just got a set of 31x10.50 bfg at's....so should i have gotten some of these?...i have a '99 sport...what do these shims and bushings do for the tire?.....

i just had 31x10.50 BFG AT's put on my stock '99 sport....and there was slight rubbing at certain angles on the front part of my front fender corner...but i took out the dremel tool and cut off a tiny tiny bit of it, and theres no more rubbing...so it was worth it to get that size and cut off a...

i think im gonna go ahead and get a set of bfg ko's on my '99 sport....stock, no lift...planning on the usual 31x10.50, and i was wondering if anybody had any pictures of a late model explorer with no suspension or body lifts with this size tire so i can see how it looks...or if you can give me...

Would you like some curb-feelers to go along with those wheel covers???......im not tryin to be a smart a**, but do you really want wheel covers for your nice limited?...i think that the rims on the limiteds look nice as they are...please dont buy wheelcovers for an explorer..the only cars i see...

here is how to get it off....just keep pulling on it until it comes loose/...its held in place by some rubber like devices that sort of plug it into place so to speak...it's gonna take a lot of pulling, or at least it took me and a friend to pull mine out...i kept thinking i was gonna break...
