My transfer case wont shift into 4wd i hear three clicks come from the back when i hit the button but doesnt engae...... the clicks i hear come from a little black box in the back drivers side... any ideas???

i have the double nut set up and they back off no matter what i do.. i put red loctite on it and still comes loose
