If we replaced the factory H/U with after market ones, is the rear audio controler will still be working?

I read on Ford 150 Forum I need to have 2 orginal (master?) keys. And if I only have one key, I have to take it to the dealer to get it programmed. You guys now if that mean I just have to bring my new duplicate key to the dealer?

It does turn the cylinders but it won't start the engine.
