My dad and me replaced my fuel filter the other day. If you've changed your fuel filter yourself, you would know that the two connectors on each end of the filter are a PITA to get off..SO in the process, we were able to get the rear fuel line disconnected nicely..BUT we busted the front...

hey my pops recently put a new t-stat in my sport and seemed to have a drop in gas mileage. The Temp needle only reaches at most 1/3 of the guage. i was wondering how you measured it saying it reaches only 182 F. he said it was a 192 t-stat but i think its a 180.

I saw the guidelines for 01's and up, but i know the sport has more room than the 01 xlt. I'm planning on getting the 3" BL and do a 1" TT (looks meaner with the front higher)..i wonder if 32's would fit perfectly or what not?

i just remembered that the rattling/clicking sound came up AFTER the 00m12. something loose maybe? and recently i noticed i can also duplicate the rattle/clicks when i rev it at high rpms while in park. any ideas??

I only have one little annoyance with my 01 sport. I had the 00m12 taken care of, and ever since, it starts up perfect in the cold, but....the cam tensioner eventually started to rattle AGAIN!! Is there ANY way i can get rid of (actually tighten) the cam tensioner for GOOD?! ANYONE PLEASE HELP...

I also noticed that my x only rattles under acceleration in the morning(of basically when its cold). ONLY under moderate to heavy acceleration. If i drive calm and steady, it doesnt rattle. Im just wondering why it rattles under moderate to heavy acceleration in the morning/cold?

Ya imma definately run some sea foam through her. Cuz i clean my MAF sensor once in awhile just for the heck of it. The seafoam will cleanup the fuel injectors. I got that 00m12 done so the intake its good. and i just got the fuel filter replaced, and damn that thing was filthy, i tell ya. thanx...
