I was wondering how i can lift my X about 4". Whats the cheapest and easiest way? Im gonna eventually get bigger tires and im getting into the off-road scene. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

wow i wish i could bag my X by myself but i have no idea wat i would be doing lol. i was just wondering how much it cost cuz i heard it was like 2 grand. im not 18 yet so my dad still has his say in wat i can do and he doesnt want me to lower it cuz he said it would defeat the purpose of 4 wheel...

mine is an automatic with auto 4x4 grrrrrrrr... i can only squeal them on sharp turns, hittin the gas while turning, or comin off a dirt road. i want 2wd option :(

alright i know ive seen a pic of this on here so im wondering if anybody knows the thread or has done this before. I wanna paint the ford emblem red instead of the normal blue. Anyone have any luck?

yesterday i bought a heat gun and wanted to shave the emblems. my bro thought about leavin XPLORER and ive thought about it too. i took off the E and the XLT on the opposite side. I think it looks tight. i might take off all the emblems soon but i think it has its own uniqueness to it right now...

I was wondering wat shocks or blocks i should get or look for if i wanted to lower my X at least 2 inches. Ive been lookin on the net and i cant find a lowering kit thing for my X. I saw the one on EE but i think 1 3/8 inches is not enough. any suggestions?

Now that i thought about it. I dont know if i would like the whole white rims on a red car look. My mom and bro said the same thing so i think ill pass on those even tho it is a VERY good price. thanx anyway.

one thing i dont like about my 99X is the stock exhaust. Its diffrent from all the other years so sum places are gay and wont do custom exhaust for me(I want dual). grrrrrr...ok theres my two cents :p

i bought mine on ebay for about 20 bucks. lol it works good. i guess ill have to search ebay again.

true, i just wanted the lights to match the neons i got for my interior. I have pics of them at my cardomain page in my sig.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the color of there green lights for the interior. Like the radio at night, on the doors(door locks and etc.), ya know...lol. If anyone has done this or knows how plz tell me. I wanted red :P

I had the exact same problem!!!! I bought new brake pads and rotors for the back tires. I pretty much fried my old brake pads lol. I took off one of the calipers and one brake pad actually fell off.

Cool. Maybe ill try removing them this summer. I like the shaved look.
