    25 psi is way too low, this thread is 4 pages deep and my memory doesn't go back that far. Have you replaced the fuel filter? As stated in post #55 you should be closer to 36 psi. As far as tips go, if you are not going to cut an access hole in the floor, run the tank dry before you drop it.

    The several I've done in my driveway, a transmission jack and the access through the doghouse made it a 30 minute removal job. For the installation get 2 longer bolts for the top 2 positions to hold it while seating the torque convertor.

    Yeah, I seriously got up, stretched out and made a sandwich. Most of I70 has been repaved over the years so the opportunity has vanished. What made the road dangerous is when it would rain the ruts would fill up with water and vehicles would lose control even though half the road was dry.

    Does the engine run fine going down the road? A dead miss at idle would mean a dead miss rolling down the road.

    I think you have a good reference point, I figure as long as the same point is used with both mounts, it should be accurate.
