How can i tell if its the torsion bars or leaf springs? And wouldnt swapping them out just cause it to lean the other way? Can you twist the torsion bar even if its the leaf springs?

I tried some Windex on a rag today and no changes. Any other chemicals you know that wouldnt screw up the glass that might take off the rust mark? Maybe some acetone or WD-40? Any advice is appreciated ;)

So i just got my 98 XLT and ive been cleaning it up. The only thing that isnt cleaning up is these marks that looks like oil on top of water streaking from the hinges on the outside of the rear window. Does anyone have any tips on how to remove this? Or is this in the tint?
