??? I found a nice set of seats, but I was curious to see if anyone here has done the swap before, and find out whats involved. :confused:

use urethane, and as the previous poster stated, use caution. mineral spitits will get it off most things before it dries.

he said flex fan, not an electric fan. you cant turn off a flex fan. :)

I very seriously doubt there will be any noticable power gains from switching to a flex fan. What I would expect is a loss of cooling efficiency, and a reduction in wallet displacment.

sorry to hear of your misfortune, but why would you want to swap a clutch fan for a flex fan anyway?

pulling the dash is easy on those trucks. chances are he will haul ass before you even get it completly unbolted.

whats a good driveway method of flushing out the radiator and tranny coolers to make sure no old debris winds up in my new transmission? i thought of using brake kleen and an air compressor, but im looking for ideas. :exp: im gonna run 2 coolers from superdutys to try and keep the new tranny...
