Fixed the issue. I had a few lol. Bad o2 sensor, I had 4 total but only one was really bad, replaced fuel pump assembly, and had a bad manifold gasket.

I have been researching this issue but haven't quite found a direct answer. I'm assuming the electronic control module must have failed but basically same issues I see everyone else had. I put my X in 4 high while on the beach but it actually got stuck in 4 low. I crawled under my X to look for...
