im not nes having problems, but when i put the other sub and amp in, i dont want to ruin my factory batt or have the lights dimming. The lights dim as it is now with out the cap. With it I havent seen them dim. Im wondering will only a yellow top replacement help. Thanks for them input...

The square speaker in the pics above is a kicker L7 12" As far as it hitting hard.....lol man that thing POUNDS!!!!!!!! my glass came loose from that hatch last night....thats how hard it hits... 750watts rms and i have a kicker 750.1 pushing a little over 900 watts thru it.

I used Krylon fusion spray paint... Its made specifically for plastic. It was stated in the first few posts....thats where I got the idea from. No prep needed. I did use krylon clear coat too...but I really didnt need to.

Yea, subthump has been posted here before. They actually used my truck to do the template for the box. I just put in an L7 tho, so ill be getting rid of mine now. It was great while it was in there though

I have a kicker L7 dual 4 ohm sub. I want to wire it to my elemental designs (nine.2x) 2 channel amp, but it not a 2 ohm amp. My Question... Can I wire each voice coil on the sub to its on channel on the amp? i.e. each channel on the amp to one of the 4ohm voice coils on the sub...

Only prep I did was wipe the bumpers down with rubbing alcohol to get all the dirt off. Thats it. Finished everything yesterday...ill update somepictures later
