Door won't open

Driver's side rear door won't open from the inside OR outside. Power lock actuator won't unlock it, nor can I pull up on the lock knob.

What's the best way to get the door open so I can actually diagnose the real issue?

It's a 99 Eddie Bauer.

Try rolling the window down, with left hand on the lock stem, push & pull repeatedly while lifting on the door handle at the same time. Might take a few tries.

This is probably a bad/sticky actuator.
