00 5.0 swap, injectors won't work

So I have a desert race Ranger. NOTHING is stock at all on this truck. I'm running a 65psi fuel with an aftermarket regulator. No key carbon fiber dash. I just put a 5.0 in it out of an 00 explorer limited. I cut all the wires to the trans and body. All I have going to the pcm are the:
Injectors
Crank sensor
Cam sensor
Oil pressure
Water temp sensor
Coil packs
Maf sensor


If I put gas into the intake tube it will run for a second or two. Maybe I'm missing something else the computer needs to be able to run the injectors. I now there is the PATS system but I just installed a tune with my SCT tuner that was suppose to bypass it. But I'm still having the same issue as before with injectors not working. So now I thinking I may need to add the fuel pump pressure sensor or something. I'm out odd ides and struggling. I've read almost every thread on doing swaps but they are all into fairly stock vehicles. Help!

You cut all the wires to to body harness like the wires that go to the fuel pump relay and safety cutoff switch?

Best I understand it, the PCM needs to "see" the fuel pump relay.

The fuel pump relay accounts for nearly half the wires that have to be connected for the PCM to work in a stand-a-lone configuration.
