4.0 to 5.0 swap in my 99 explorer

I have a 99 explorer 4*4 4.0 overhead valve. The transmissions out and i want to swap in the drivetrain from a second gen mountaineer with the 5.0 ho. Ill be getting the computer and everything. How much harder would this be than to just put in another 4.0 and transmission?

you would need to also swap the exhaust, drive shafts, transfer case, PATS, ignition, and you would also want the donor to be the same year as well, or you would have more things you would need to swap over. the ones i have mentioned is just a start.
