Fuel pump relay isnt getting constant power i get power to the relay when key is in the on position. Where does the constant power come from i have been reading forums and everyone says eec relay but my chilton and owners manual doesnt mention anything about it pls help only vehicle and im stumped if u need more info on wut happened and what ive done already just let me know thanks
