What should the voltage at the battery be on a 2001 explorer sport? i dropped in a new battery this morning and my dash voltage meter is going up and down a little. Ohm metter has 13.2 at the battery while running. shut off the vehicle and it fires right back up which tells me the alternator is working properly. think the battery isn't fully charged yet?
