'01 Sqeaking Front Wheel

My '01 with 180k has developed a squeak in the left front wheel only when making a right hand turn. I can only hear it at low speeds, as in the subdivision. It is not dependant on going over a curb or bump. I pulled the wheel and spun the rotor and could hear a slight dragging sound so the rotor has a slight warp to it. I pulled the caliper and the pads are 80% thickness. I cleand the rotar and put it all together and have the same problem. Any thoughts?

Anyone?
I have jacked up the wheel and with my hands at 6 and 12 o'CLOCK I get 1/4" horizontal movement, no movement at all when at 3 and 9 o'clock. Looking for any advice.

Lower ball joints? 1/4" VERTICAL movement at 6 and 12 position is excessive, factory spec is 1/32". Wheel bearings OK?
