02 explorer sport rear headrest issues :( help

Hi all, new to the boards...very cool site you have going here!

I'm not sure if it's me or an issue others have had but recently I was cleaning my rear seat of my 02 explorer sport and I put up the headrests all the way to vacuum under them and I can't get them down for the life of me!!! I've pushed and pushed and they just won't go down and I don't see any noticeable switches or trick levers anywhere.

So I guess my question is, how the heck do I get the rear headrests down?
Thanks in advance for any information provided...I tried the search function but didn't come up with anything.

Not really familiar with your truck, but I've seen them where you have to push the whole plastic piece around the holes in or outward, and I've seen some that you have to push the chrome 'legs' together to get them down....Just some ideas.

check for a little slide button on the plastic where the rods from the headrest go into the seat,,,push in on it and down on the headrest.
