02' ford exp sport problems starting

Well I'm having a problem with my suv stallling out while driving, or just not wanting to start, when i turn the key it does nothing no noise so i turn it back and do it again then it works all the lights on the dash come up. I have had work done on my suv recently, and its kinda scary while i'm out at night that if it doesn't start back up I don't have AAA, I work so therefore it has to work, I have had oxygen sensor problems, I had the one on top of air cleaner tube a mechanic cleaned with spray, So I have been told its the starter well that passed, the Battery passed, So, the Ignition switch could it be that? I should've stayed with my old 78 chevy truck that I could fix, but when I open my hood on the ford exp sport its like spaghetti highway. So do any of you guys know what I should do..or maybe one of you guys have and old 78 chevy you might wanna part with, It has to run.. Thanks for any & all help guys...

when you are driving and it shuts off do the idiot lights come on or does it just go dead?? if they do not come on when it shuts down could be the ignition switch or something else like the ecm or the power distribution box. i have seen some of the wires on the bottom of the fuse box melt and cause this problem

No Dash Lights

No it doesn't have dash lights on when it shuts off.. just dies...
