02 rims on 95

Does anyone knows if there is any backspacing, rubbing and/or brake clearance issue if I put on 3rd gen rims 245/75/16 factory rims on my 95?

BTW: I scored this with 4 brand new tires pathfinder trail A/P for less than $300.00.

Update

I just installed this on my 95 XLT. It looks good and fills the wheel wells nicely but the front have a clearance of about 1/2 inch, so I will install a 1" spacer to be on the safe side of things.

That's right, I thought that for made the backspacing different with the 3rd generation explorer.
