'02 XLS Head Unit Removal HELP!

I just bought a '02 Explorer. I'm replacing the head unit with another one with AM/FM/Cass/CD. I'm not really sure how to remove the panel around the existing HU. It does not have any holes for those U-things for me to use and remove the HU. It looks that I have the remove the panel, but I don't see any notches around it or tabs that I can stick a small screwdriver. Does anyone know how I can remove this panel?

I did a brief write up the other day on my 2003 X, same install. Just be sure to use duct tape to mask of the dash before prying and when prying don't pry directly ON the soft dash padding.
