Weird. I wish I had some inspire to that problem that could actually help.

im pretty sure its figured out, i had to get a new alternator and battery

Hopefully that took care of it. You planning on putting your shackles on this weekend?

Im planning on putting them on, well when desert rat ships them to me :/

Ah man I hate waiting on shipping

They havent even taken money from my account for them yet so im kinda dumbfounded that after a week and a half i dont have them, do you think the 33's will fit without them till i get them?

It would be pretty tight judging by your test fit photo. A pothole could spell trouble. I would play it safe until the shackles arrive. Maybe call them to try and move things along.

It sits so much high then it did then, im not worried about the rear as much as the frount rubbing. the suspention was also compressed in that picture

If it was compressed then there might just be enough room for road driving until you can put the shackles on. You already did the torsion twist up front so there should be room. You will need too trim a little bit of the plastic trim. Not too much though. This thread is helpful for trimming : http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=332208&page=3

Page 3 starts the trimming. GSE Brent has 33s on his ST but did a lot more trimming than Offtrac and I did to fit our 35s. I have the exact same trimming as Offtrac and its hardly noticeable.

Also I think you may even have to cut less than we did just because you have 33s

I didnt do the TT yet because i figured The way the 33 inch bfg m/t's were rubbing it would be safe without the tt and just the Bl, im waiting to do the tt,add a leaf and shackels untill i get them..

I think you'll be ok running 33s with the BL. Sorry my brain quit and I completely forgot what lift you were running. Worst case scenario is if you hear some rubbing up front twist the tbars real quick to get rid of it but I don't think you'll have to do that.

alright thanks man! ill let ya know how it goes and update when there on with pics!

Sweet! I'll be lookin for em

I cranked up my torsion bars a little bit and i am getting it aligned and my wheels and tires put on tommrow

Thanks 4rd4life, Im realy excited to see how this thing looks, Ive been waiting for it for a while, the color realy grows on me when the sun sets and you can see all the sparkels in it, it needs a good buffing and waxing and it would look real nice, its so clean for spending most of its life in MN were they dont know how to controll salt on the roads, Its got only a little bit of cancer.. and some surface rust on the frame. but it shocked my friend thats just obesesed with keeping frames in pristine condition.
