04 HID question

Well I bought the sport trac on Friday and put the HIDS in a week later.. I got 6k for the headlights and 10k for the fogs.. After I installed both kits, when I turn all the lights on, only the headlights come on with no fogs.. after messin with this for a bit I tried the factory bulbs back in the fog lights and when i turn the lights on, the hids up top in the headlights are working and so are the factory fog bulbs but the high beam light is on and if i turn the fogs off, the high beam light goes away.. any ideas? I dont want this kit to go to waste but it just isnt working and I didnt know if their is any tricks or what

are the bulbs for the headlight single element/moving bulb/dual bulb?

The first trick would to get projectors to put the HID bulbs into, you looking cool and blinding onconing traffic = uncool.

you might have some sort of bulb sensing thing in the truck and it thinks the bulbs are burnt out (since the relays in the ballast circiut don't provide enough load), you may have to fool it into thinking the bulbs are good.
