04 Sport Trac HID Question

Well I bought the sport trac on Friday and put the HIDS in a week later.. I got 6k for the headlights and 10k for the fogs.. After I installed both kits, when I turn all the lights on, only the headlights come on with no fogs.. after messin with this for a bit I tried the factory bulbs back in the fog lights and when i turn the lights on, the hids up top in the headlights are working and so are the factory fog bulbs but the high beam light is on and if i turn the fogs off, the high beam light goes away.. any ideas? I dont want this kit to go to waste but it just isnt working and I didnt know if their is any tricks or what

Perhaps some others who have used HID in fogs will chime in. However I will ask; Did you use a harness for the HIDs? Fogs &/or headlights or just run the HIDs off the OEM wires?
Not sure what the problem is but looking for a place to start.....

When you have the fogs in, have you tried reverseing the plug going to the ballast? Sometimes HID companys reverse em....

Also when your fogs are on and you go to high beam your fogs should go off...i never heard of your problem.
