04 Trac stalled

Have a 04 Sport Trac that has stalled while driving twice now. First time took it to the shop and couldn't find anything wrong. Just happened again this weekend. It runs rough for like 30 seconds then stalls when going at low speed. Any suggestions on what it could be?

Does it have any codes/ a check engine light?

Probably either the IAC valve or a cracked PCV elbow. Both are typical 4.0L stall issues.

Again shop said nothing wrong with it they checked the IAC and PCV. Guess I'll wait another 3-4 months before it stalls on me again.

mine does the same is the fuel pump reset under the dash on the wall of the pass side foot area a little press down button that resets the fuel pump, searching to find a bypass mine goes through phases were it does it such a pain in the ass

hold it for like 2 seconds or more the restart it

Buy a new inertia switch, DO NOT disable it. It could someday prevent you/family/friends from becoming a crispy critter in an accident.
