OK so I'm trying to figure out why this is happening and just now started. No prior Overheating issues or coolant level problems.

This doesn't happen immediately but only until I refill the resivor back to the fill line.

Thoughts/Idea's? I'm about to replace the t-house assembly (upper/lower, t-stat and ring/gaskets) in an hour or so. Any suggestions on this mystery drain would be awesome.

This picture shows where it's coming from:

Sagevuo, I had two very small coolant leaks in my 2003 4.0 L. Like you I couldn't tell EXACTLY where the leaks originated. I put a can of "Bar's Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant" in the radiator and no more leaks. Coolant level stays at proper level. The Bar's web site has a nice troubleshooting 'tree' that might help you determine which product would be appropriate for your issue. Good luck.

Haha that's exactly what I planned to do today. Last night I bought a bottle of bars radiator heavy duty stop leak. The real stuff... aka pellets. Gonna do it in just a little bit when she cools down. The thermostat housing was FUBAR yesterday after taking it out it revealed horrors under it. Anyway, I'll post how it turns out in a bit.

That little squareish black thing is your A/C condensation drain. It will leak quite a bit of water. Not much else there so it must be coming from the back of the engine. Hopefully that helps. Also you may want to look at my other threads in regards to that drain being a TSB issue.
