05 Explorer doesn't have trailer running lights.

2005 Explorer has trailer light issues, I have all lights except running lights with plug tester. All fuses are good what could be the issue?

Scrape past the corrosion?

Yep all contact surfaces are clean, did check the pin plug that converts to a 4. I am getting like .25 volts for the running lights, now I need to follow the brown wire to where it connects.

Finally got it fixed, there is a relay box in the passenger rear panel over the tire. The relay was bad.
