My 05 Sport Trac shifts fine from start off to overdrive but as I slow to a stop, it’s like it’s not shifting back into low and it will stall out. If I shift it into low manually, it does fine. It has 230k on it and the advice I’ve gotten is to just rebuild it. My question is does this sound like a solenoid or some replaceable part? I just don’t have the money for a rebuild right now. Thanks for your help!
