Found this locally. Personally I don't care for them but I've seen other people on here wanting to switch to them. $20 seems to be a real good price...and I'd think they'd ship for the right cost.

I've been wanting to swap my 3rd gen mirrors for some 4th gens I'm pretty interested do you know the shipping cost to New York? I'll be in ohio at the end of the month for school though it might be cheaper then. Do they have all the wiring for the electric mirrors.

I'm not the one selling them. I was browsing the local Craigslist page for Explorer parts and came across the post. I figured I'd share it with everyone on here because it seems some people like the looks of the newer mirrors better. If anyone wants to check into them contact the person who has them click on the link I provided in my second post and contact them. I was just sharing a good find with all my fellow X owners.
