07 Explorer 4.0 A/C clutch rapidly kicking on and off even with A/C off

The other day my buddy's explorer randomly decided to start quick cycling the ac compressor on and off rapidly even with the ac completely off. It then will stall at stop lights and today it threw codes for all of the O2 sensors. P0053, P0054, P0059, and P0060, even though they were all just replaced. We've gone through everything we can think of, any ideas?

I was going to say they"ll do that when the refrigerant is running low in the a/c system, but it sounds like the wiring is bad somewhere in the vehicle. Explorers are notorious for the shielding cracking and shorting out wires
