08 Rear Camber

I have a 08 XLT 2WD, and the rear camber is way out out of spec. The place that did the alignment said, they are not sure how to correct it. After searching for a number of hours, I haven't been able to find any rear camber kits that work for an 08.

There has to be a solution.

You need to find a local alignment guru. Maybe someone who specializes in hot rods and the like. My wife's '05 Lincoln LS had the same issue. It was wearing the inside of the rear tires. As it turns out, at least for the Lincoln, there was no factory adjustment, or kit for the rear independent suspension.

I was fortunate that I already new such a guru in my area (Vancouver WA). He was familiar with this situation and actually made the rear end adjustable. It cost a little less than the price of a new set of tires.

I had to have the rear on mine adjusted along with my first set of replacement tires on my vehicle and they were able to loosen one particular mounting bolt and shift things enough that the shop didn't need anything special to fix it.
