I bet this topic has been addressed before but i couldnt really find anything. My truck is approaching 100,000 miles and I was wondering what maintenance should be performed. The stuff Ive thought of so far is plugs, wires, belts, all the engine fluids, diff and tranny fluids, timing chain, UVs and coil packs. Have I missed anything?

Coil packs and timing chain don't need to be replaced. These should probably last for the life of the truck.

DO they make a gear driven timing setup for the 4.0 pushrod v6? I think mine is all messed up, YOu never have to replace the timing chain?
