My right turn signal light in the dashboard cluster is out. I’ve seen post about removing entire dashboard, steering wheel support bar, etc. Is there another way to replace the bulbs ? Any feedback will be helpful. I know the bulbs are 194LL

Just the dash trim needs to be removed and the cluster loosened to pull out slightly to get your fingers behind it. Remove ash tray and undo the bolts holding the trim on down there then snap the trim/bezel off working your way around. Radio may or may not need to come out, I have to pull my aftermarket radio out to get it to come off. Then remove the bolts holding the cluster in and gently pull it out, you can cheat it some by shoving the speedo cable up from the floorboard towards the dash, you don't need to disconnect it. Then twist off the bulb holders from the back. It would be a good time to upgrade to quality LED bulbs, it makes a big difference!

Any Led bulbs you can recommend

Not really, just don't go super cheap. I've bought middle-of-the-road for price/quality on Amazon and they have been fine. I am currently using Yorkim brand 6th Gen bulbs. I bought cheaper before and had problems with the lights flickering not long after swapping. One thing to also look for is non-polarity bulbs so you can install them either way in the bulb holder and they will still work.
