Greetings 1991 Ford Explorer XLT owners...glad to see that there are more die hards out there than just me. The old girl is starting to show her age: rear left and right passenger windows do not work properly, driver's side rear view mirror needs to be replaced; paint starting fade from top edge of front windshield to top of rear windshield. Mileage is getting close to 300,000 plus. Have replaced two engines and a transmission. Exterior and Interior body is in very good shape. Minor scatches - no dents. I still hand wax and buff her body twice a month. QUESTION: Should I trade the Old Girl in for a new Explorer...or...repalce what needs to be fixed...then drive it until the tires fall off? What do you guys think????
