I recently bought my X and I was looking into the stereo and I was wondering how u open the panel to get the sub! I have also heard about an aftermarket sub that was available, if you know how to open the door or know of the name and brand of the after market sub that fits in the same place, let me know! THANKS A BUNCH!!!!

There are a bunch of plastic plugs that you need to remove and some screws, it is a big panel that you have to take off to get at the sub.
Get the Haynes manual, it will give you a lot of good info on anything that you want to do.
For the sub there are some options; MTX, JL Audio and Q logic each make an enclosure designed to fit that spot. The mtx one comes with a sub or sub and amp, Q logic is just a box, not sure on JL.
