Solved 1992 Explorer wont start once it is warm

Prefix for threads that contain problems that have been resolved, and there is an answer within the thread.
One last thing to add. When I have been making the access hole/panel in the floor of these trucks, I have been adding a second connector. I solder, heatshrink and wrap the connections with 3-M black tape. The connectors are available online and are used in the RV and boat industry. They have heavier gauge wire than flat four trailer wiring harness/s.

EDITED: Tank back in. Test driving tomorrow morning.
 






Test drive postponed due to rain. Wiper blade/refills are toast and need replaced. I'm now getting 35-37 pounds of fuel pressure. All seems good. Just need 1 more quart of transmission fluid to make up for the spillage.
