greetings, i just joined in, thanks to this site's info, i have gotten my '93 aerostar running again. a neighboring groundhog made a visit to my engine compartment and proceded to gnaw his way thru the wiring bundles, which i have sussessfully repaired. i have one vacuum line comming off the back side of the engine manifold that was severed, and pulled loose from the opposite frontside. can someone tell me what it should be connected to, or where i could find a vacuum diagram for my 4 liter engine. thanks

:usa:

welcome

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread to the Aerostar forum. The rear vacuum line is usually for the vacuum modulator on the passenger's side of the transmission. This is an unusual story! My 93 has a 4.0L. The other 4 have the 3.0L.
