1995 Explorer Electric Window

Has anyone experienced this problem? The window will not go up and down correctly. I can get it to go up with help and when I try to make it go down I have to assist it also. I don't think it is off the track and motor works fine. Looking for suggestions.

Can you rock the glass back and forth by hand when it's 1/2 way open?

If so, it's common. Can be bushings, or bottom edge broke free from the epoxy holding it to the rack...
