1996 Explore will not start after storage

Have a 1996 5.0 explorer that was stored for three years. Stabil was not used. Have dropped tank, cleaned it and replaced fuel pump assembly. Now it will not start. Fuel pump runs but does not seem to build pressure. Vehicle will start and run for about 15 seconds when gas is placed in air inlet. Is there a pressure regulator or whatever that could be causing fuel not to reach cylinders. Thought ejectors might be problem, but not all of them at same time would be plugged. Any and all help appreciated.

Have you checked the pressure at the fuel rail?

That'd be the first place I'd look...provided you DID change the fuel filter as well.

If not, start there
