1997 Xlt 2wd stock Lift?

hey i have a 1997 explorer its 2wd nothing new completley stock. Im looking for ideas and places i can find a lift for it. im looking for somthing like a 3" suspension dont want body just suspension any ideas? Ohh also a friend of mine told me about some detroit lockers or somthing he said it would be like a million times better when wheelin since i am 2wd.. wut is this about??
