1998 Explorer starts on 5 cylinders.

I have a 1998 Ford Explorer XLT. It starts on five cylinders every morning. It runs in 5 a couple minutes and then it runs ok.
I changed spark plugs, wires, fuel and air filters. No luck.
Any ideas?

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread to the stock 95-01 section. Did you do a compression test to confirm that one cylinder is not working?
