1998 Explorer won't start

Tried to install a new stereo. Have had a terrible time with all the fun things Ford has designed into this automotive wonder.
Anyway, pretty much back to the stock deck now but now the darn thing won't turn over. No bells... until the key is in the on position with the door open. Won't turn over... as if no power to the starter. Any ideas?

Thanks for the obvious. We sure done did that thar fuse checkin befour we done posted that thar question. But thanks for your effort.

Charged the battery? Tried jumping it? Check battery connections? Starter relay? Starter wires?
