How can I repair this? A new C click will fix it? new axle? Please take a look the YouTube link video.

I wouldn't worry about it. Some play is normal, Your's doesn't seem excessive. A new "C" clip will not help.

Thanks Koda2000 and Swigin, I have some vibrations a 60-70 mph and I tough maybe this is the cause.

No, don't think that's related. Tires, tire imbalance, or u-joints more likely cause of vibrations.
