i have a 1999 Ford Ranger with a 4.0 OHV. Just put a remaned engine in it. I cant seem to get the timing quite right. It has a CAM positioning sensor in it and a cranck sensor. I replaced both of them. I dont think I have the CAM sensor set right. Can anyone tell me how to properly set the timing??????
