1999 Ranger 3.0 PATS Question?

Does my 1999 Ranger with the 3.0 V-6 include PATS in the PCM function ? and what will I need as far as software and equipment to access and disable this function? I know I have seen a PCM related post that addresses this on here somewhere but havn't found it yet. Thanks for any info !

UPDATE ! I just found where this was discussed back in July. Thanks to y'all for the discussion back in July ! My brain was heat beat back then so I didn't have any recollection of the discussion.
